Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities for delegate engagement. Qualifications: Proven track record in delegate acquisition, business development, inside sales, or a related role, preferably within the events or conference industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level professionals. Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities with a strategic, consultative approach. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
