You are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee the supply chain operations of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation, and delivery of goods to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions. Your key responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and overseeing supply chain and logistics strategies, managing warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control, negotiating with freight carriers and logistics vendors, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company policies, monitoring logistics KPIs, and preparing reports for senior management. Additionally, you will collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments, optimize routes and transportation costs, and lead, train, and evaluate logistics staff. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. You should possess strong knowledge of logistics software such as WMS, TMS, ERP, excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and an understanding of customs, import/export regulations, and safety standards. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including commuter assistance, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
