Customer Service Team Leader

As a Team Leader Operations & Coordination, your role will involve managing and mentoring a team of calling executives and project coordinators. You will need to utilize your strong leadership, task management, and reporting skills to ensure the smooth execution of client deliverables, enhance team productivity, and foster inter-department coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of calling executives and project coordinators - Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables - Monitor team performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and uphold quality standards - Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless execution of incentive schemes and operational workflows - Prepare, review, and share reports, dashboards, and updates using Excel/Google Sheets - Address client and internal escalations promptly to ensure timely resolutions - Conduct regular training, motivation, and feedback sessions with the team - Create a collaborative, productive, and growth-oriented work environment Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of experience in team management - Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Dashboards In addition to the outlined responsibilities, the job offers benefits such as provided food and paid sick time.
