Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer support agents to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Monitor daily team performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) like response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and resolution rate.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and one-on-one sessions to team members to support their professional development.
  • Handle and resolve team conflicts and issues in a constructive manner.
  • Organize and conduct regular team meetings to share updates and discuss performance.

Pay: ₹12,888.62 - ₹35,960.11 per month
