Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader – Telecalling to manage and guide our telecalling team. The role involves supervising patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information delivery, motivating the team to achieve patient conversion goals, and maintaining smooth coordination with doctors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the telecalling team to achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Handle escalated patient queries and ensure high-quality communication.
• Monitor call records, follow-ups, and team performance.
• Train team members on communication skills and treatment knowledge.
• Collaborate with doctors and hospital staff for seamless patient support.

Requirements

• Graduate (preferred) with 2+ years of telecalling/customer service experience.
• Prior team handling/leadership experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English (local languages a plus).
• Strong leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours & Benefits

• 8.5-hour duty (rotational shifts between 6:30 AM – 11:30 PM).
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
• Paid time off + compensatory off for Sunday duty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
