Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, persuasive Telecaller to join our patient-care team at IRFACILITES Hospital. In this role you will: Work an 8½-hour shift (including a 30-minute break), with service hours starting as early as 6:30 AM and running through to 10:30 PM. Handle inbound patient inquiries —answer questions, explain our “no-cut, no-stitch” treatment options, and guide callers through their care journey. Build rapport and trust by listening actively, addressing concerns, and using strong negotiation skills to help patients choose IRFACILITES for their treatment. Collaborate closely with our lead physician, Dr. Sandeep Sharma (17+ years’ experience), to ensure every caller receives accurate, compassionate information about our minimally-invasive procedures. You bring excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to close the call confidently, helping more patients discover the benefits of our innovative, stitch-free treatments.
