Job Description

You will be joining Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited, a company committed to delivering outstanding service and assistance to our valued customers. As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to motivate and guide your team towards achieving our customer service goals effectively. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, offering a performance bonus based on your achievements. The ideal candidate for this role would have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education, although it is not mandatory. Prior work experience of at least 1 year in a customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred for effective communication with customers and team members. Your work location will be in-person, where you will lead by example to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.,
