Job Description

Content Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing content strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience. Content Creation & Curation: Overseeing the creation of various content formats (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos) and ensuring high quality and consistency. Content Management & Optimization: Managing content through content management systems (CMS), optimizing content for search engines (SEO), and ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate. Content Distribution & Promotion: Distributing content across various channels (website, social media, email, etc.) and promoting it to reach the target audience. Content Performance Analysis: Monitoring content performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions. Team Collaboration & Management: Working with writers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is cohesive and effective. Brand Consistency & Voice: Maintaining brand voice and consistency across all content and ensuring it aligns with the company's overall brand identity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and collaborating with teams. Content Creation & Editing: Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading content for various platforms. SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines. Content Management Systems (CMS): Proficiency in using CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or others. Analytics & Reporting: Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance and generate reports. Project Management: Ability to manage content projects from start to finish, including setting deadlines, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies. Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to generate creative content ideas and solve problems related to content performance. Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree: Typically required in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
