Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at LRQA, you will be a key player in supporting the organization's mission to provide assurance to clients across various sectors and markets. LRQA is dedicated to delivering exceptional expertise in certification, cybersecurity, inspection, and training to create a safer and more sustainable future. Key Responsibilities: - Provide input into local and global area strategies, business plans, and budgets, translating them into goals for the team and implementing within agreed budgets. - Lead, coach, and mentor the Service Delivery Support team to align with organizational values and strategies. - Drive the development and adoption of procedures and processes to embed changes within the team, ensuring consistency and bespoke solutions as required. - Meet client expectations through effective management of resources, controls, budgets, and deliverables. - Ensure the team achieves performance targets and standards through monitoring, feedback, and corrective action. - Monitor and control financial KPIs to maintain targeted levels. - Delegate and coordinate financial and management information, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. - Motivate, develop, coach, train, and appraise team members to sustain a high-performance culture. - Create and maintain resource, talent/succession, training, and development plans for strategic planning and resource availability. - Manage the day-to-day organization and coordination of the team to deliver high standards of services to clients. - Drive surveyor utilization and focus on effective processes related to the Customer Effort Score. - Ensure a high level of technical knowledge within the team and support employee engagement activities. - Contribute to improving the business and implementing change to meet future needs. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. - Experience working in a commercial environment. - Fluent in English (both written and verbal). - Excellent IT skills.,
