Job Title: Team Leader – BPO Process

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader from the BPO industry who can manage and motivate a team to achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling a team in voice/non-voice processes with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer support executives.
• Drive daily performance targets and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance.
• Coordinate with QA, Training, and Operations teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setup.
• Proven experience in managing voice or non-voice teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of KPIs and SLA management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per market standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,592.96 - ₹30,000.00 per month
