Technical Product Manager (Oil & Gas)

As a strategic and results-driven Technical Product Manager with expertise in digital transformation, you will play a vital role in leading the development and execution of cutting-edge digital products, particularly in asset-heavy industries such as oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing. Your extensive experience in managing digital products and proficiency in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and AI-enabled solutions will be pivotal for the success of the projects you will lead. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving digital transformation initiatives. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Defining product roadmaps and executing them effectively while applying Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Conducting thorough business analysis and user research to inform product decisions. - Ensuring successful stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. - Incorporating AI/ML capabilities into digital solutions to enhance performance and user experience. - Monitoring product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or Business (MBA preferred). - 10+ years of experience in the digital industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a Product Manager role. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation projects within asset-heavy sectors. - Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling digital products. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum project management frameworks. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
