GM Operations / Unit Head

As a General Manager (Operations) / Unit Head at Continental Hospitals, a leading multispecialty tertiary care hospital in Hyderabad with 800+ Beds, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of all hospital departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centric functioning. Your responsibilities will include driving business growth and OP footfall, IP Operations, leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans and SOPs, monitoring key KPIs, collaborating with clinical, nursing, and support teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and building strategic partnerships for revenue growth.
