Sales Representative

As a Lead Generation specialist for the business, your primary responsibility is to identify the right clients, influencers, or individuals related to the Prophetic Vision, Mission, and connect with them. You will be establishing and nurturing relationships with clients/prospects, effectively communicating the significance of Prophetic and its role in the industry to drive positive change. Key Responsibilities: - Identify the appropriate clients/influencers relevant to the Prophetic Vision - Establish and maintain relationships with clients/prospects - Understand client requirements and motivations, evaluate and review clients - Provide possible solutions to address client needs - Coordinate with the Design and Operations Departments based on client feedback - Prepare and share quotations with clients - Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals - Ensure seamless handover of projects to relevant departments - Coordinate with clients throughout the production, delivery, and installation processes - Provide on-ground support during project handover - Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Report regularly to Manager/Director following the standard reporting structure - Execute official directions from Manager consistently - Manage sales activities and project processes within designated areas specified by the Manager Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in lead generation and client relationship management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand and address client needs effectively - Negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets - Organizational skills to coordinate with internal departments and clients - Adherence to SOPs, KPIs, and reporting structures - Willingness to follow official directions from superiors This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
