Job Description

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3+ years of industry experience in site supervision, coordination, and quality control.

Strong knowledge of site execution processes, construction techniques, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with the project team and reporting managers.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges and ensure timely delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project/site management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
Willingness and flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including weekends or holidays, as project demands require.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
