Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering within construction or real estate projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical systems, plumbing & fire-fighting networks. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office, and engineering calculation software. Strong understanding of international codes (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, NFPA, etc.). Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with BIM environment (Revit). Certification in MEP design or project management (LEED, PMP, etc.). Experience working on commercial buildings, residential towers, or industrial projects.
