Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and deliver compelling sales pitches to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/lead management tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for campaigns and feedback.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or events as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
