Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager focusing on Engineering talent acquisition through Vendor Management Systems (VMS), your role entails leading a team of recruiters, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the prompt and high-quality delivery of engineering talent for contingent workforce requirements. The ideal candidate for this position should possess previous experience in automotive, aerospace, construction, or equipment engineering domains. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters dedicated to engineering requisitions. - Monitoring team performance and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. - Managing end-to-end recruitment within VMS platforms. - Ensuring compliance with client and MSP protocols. - Overseeing sourcing strategies for various engineering roles. In your capacity as a Recruitment Manager, you will be required to: - Analyze recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Implement continuous enhancement measures to optimize processes and performance. Qualifications necessary for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field. - 6-10 years of US Staffing/Recruiting experience. - At least 3 years in a team lead or manager role. Desired skills and experience consist of: - Proficiency in a VMS-driven contingent staffing environment. - Ability to handle rate/salary negotiations effectively. - Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and technical recruiting practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and JobDiva. - Experience working in an MSP delivery model is preferred.,
