Applying basic finite element analysis (FEA) knowledge, bolstered by strong mechanical engineering fundamentals. Delivering competent crash analysis in line with US, European, Australian, and Indian crash safety standards. Possessing knowledge of non-linear, dynamic explicit FE-analysis, while addressing time-step considerations, materials, elements, mass scaling, and energy balance to ensure the integrity of simulations. Experience You should bring a wealth of practical experience to this position, specifically: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in the automotive sector, with a strong focus on crash simulations and CAE processes. Proficiency in CAE tools, specifically LSDYNA, Hypermesh, Primer, D3plot, and Lsprepost, enhancing your ability to deliver high-quality modelling and analysis. Demonstrated experience in project management, showcasing your ability to drive projects from inception to conclusion while maintaining high safety standards and performance evaluation.
