Sponsorship Sales Head

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing sponsorship strategies, client relationships, and ensuring successful event monetization for Franchise Indias portfolio of shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales for assigned shows at regional and national levels.
  • Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify potential sponsors, create tailored proposals, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Build, nurture, and manage high-value client relationships across industries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Events, Operations) to deliver value-driven sponsorship packages.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and close deals with senior stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline development and provide weekly/monthly sales reporting to management.
  • Represent the organization at events, meetings, and industry forums to promote sponsorship offerings.

  • Strong exposure to the media industry (events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing sponsorship strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing sponsorship deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and brand partners.
  • Experience in the

    franchise

    or

    retail

    industry is an added advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
