Sponsorship Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities for high-profile summits and events
• Drive new business development through research, prospecting, and lead generation
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior clients and decision-makers
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
• Develop tailored sponsorship proposals and lead contract negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, operations) to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in

  sponsorship, B2B sales, or corporate partnerships

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident negotiator with a strong closing ability
• Strong lead generation, prospecting, and account management skills
• Self-motivated, consistent, and target-driven
• Prior experience in event or media sales is a plus
