Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to meet revenue targets for events, exhibitions, media sales, and other sponsored initiatives. Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships for events.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing sponsors.
  • Create sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to different clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sponsorship deals to maximise revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver sponsor commitments.
  • Track and report sponsorship performance and ROI.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Target-driven with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of event industry trends is an advantage.
