Job Description

Conference Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

     Sell exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and delegate passes for AICRA’s events.
  • Lead Generation & Client Outreach:

     Identify and engage potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:

     Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development:

     Create and present compelling sponsorship proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

     Stay updated on industry trends, competitor events, and potential business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

     Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue projections, and client interactions.


Requirements:

  • Experience:

     3-7 years in 

    conference/exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, or B2B sales

    , preferably in the AI, tech, or automation sector.
  • Skills:

     Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge:

     Understanding of sponsorship sales strategies and corporate partnerships in the technology and automation sectors.
  • Networking Abilities:

     Ability to connect with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Target-Driven:

     Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility:

     Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
