Role Overview

The Event Coordinator at BeastDrive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-impact events that align with our brand vision. This includes coordinating logistics, managing vendors, ensuring flawless event delivery, and creating unforgettable experiences for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of BeastDrive events — from car rallies and brand activations to community meet-ups and corporate collaborations.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, permits, vendor management, catering, transport, and accommodation.
• Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
• Support marketing and communications teams in event promotions, digital campaigns, and content creation.
• Liaise with sponsors, partners, and vendors to ensure all deliverables are met.
• Manage event-day operations, including setup, registration, crowd management, and troubleshooting.
• Gather feedback post-event and prepare reports on outcomes, learnings, and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose new ideas to enhance future events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or management (automotive or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with event tools (Trello, Asana, Airtable, etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events.
• Passion for cars, motorsports, or experiential marketing is a huge plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,489.74 - ₹36,026.62 per month
