We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with at least 4 years of professional experience in the interior design industry to join our creative design team. Role Overview The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design schemes for high-end residential and commercial projects. The role requires a deep understanding of space planning, materials, detailing, and client communication. Key Responsibilities · Develop functional and aesthetically refined interior layouts for residential and commercial spaces. · Create mood boards, material palettes, color schemes, and design presentations. · Interpret client briefs, conduct site surveys, and translate requirements into design proposals. · Collaborate with in-house furniture design and production teams for bespoke furniture integration. · Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for execution clarity. · Prepare working drawings, GFCs, and detailed BOQs. · Present and explain design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback effectively. · Stay updated on industry trends, finishes, materials, and interior styling. Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field · Minimum 4 years of proven experience in interior design (luxury residential/commercial preferred) · Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality spatial planning, styling, and detailing · Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D Max is a plus) · Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and soft furnishings · Strong communication, presentation, and client interaction skills · Ability to handle multiple projects, tight deadlines, and cross-team collaboration Note: For the position based at Factory , candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in designing Wardrobes, Kitchens, and Vanities .
