Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to define growth strategies
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and production teams
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility, cost optimization, and timely delivery
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain operations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing new markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications
  • Willingness to travel as required

  • Experience in B2B sales within industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
