Role Overview:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

B2B tech or SaaS sales


Key Responsibilities:

Team & Process Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of

    Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

    and

    Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

    .
  • Define, implement, and monitor

    lead generation processes and outreach workflows

    .
  • Ensure team adherence to

    CRM best practices

    (preferably HubSpot or Zoho CRM).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and KPI tracking for the lead gen team.


Pipeline Ownership & Strategy

  • Design and execute a

    top-of-funnel strategy

    to drive qualified leads across geographies (North America, Middle East, and India).
  • Own

    lead generation KPIs

    , including MQL and SQL conversion metrics.
  • Build, track, and optimize outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Work with the

    Marketing and GTM teams

    to align messaging, campaign content, and event participation for pipeline acceleration.


Execution & Enablement

  • Leverage automation and CRM tools to improve efficiency and visibility in the sales process.
  • Analyze sales data and campaign performance to identify new opportunities and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to shape

    territory plans and business expansion strategies

    .
  • Represent Auxiliobits professionally in client interactions, virtual meetings, and industry events.


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in

    B2B business development, sales, or demand generation

    , ideally within technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven experience

    leading SDR/BDR teams

    and building sales playbooks or lead gen processes.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    (HubSpot preferred) and

    sales automation platforms

    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong analytical ability.
  • Understanding of

    RPA, AI, or Automation technologies

    is a strong plus.
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
