Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:

• End-to-end hiring process management (screening, interviews, coordination with departments)
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals
• Maintaining candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles

• Employee Engagement & Retention:

• Foster a positive work environment through communication and culture-building initiatives
• Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively
• Plan team activities, feedback sessions, and performance review coordination

• General HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records, onboarding and exit formalities
• Support HR compliance and policy implementation
• Coordinate with payroll and accounts for attendance and salary inputs
• Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferably in a tech/IT services company)
• Strong hands-on experience in

  technical hiring

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Familiar with

  ATS tools

  , employee management software, and basic compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment
