We are looking for a MERN Stack Full Stack Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building robust, scalable, and intelligent web applications. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) . Build RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise platforms. Architect scalable front-end interfaces with reusable React components and responsive design. Integrate third-party APIs and external services, including cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and AI engineers to deliver cohesive products. Optimize application performance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Implement secure coding standards and ensure data privacy and system security in all components. Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies, contribute to technical planning and sprint delivery. 🧠 What We’re Looking For 3+ years of professional experience in building and deploying full-stack web applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript , and asynchronous programming. Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Node.js, Express.js , and MongoDB . Experience working with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines , and containerization tools like Docker . Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization. Exposure to authentication & authorization protocols , JWT , and OAuth . Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills. Knowledge about US Healthcare a plus 💡 Nice to Have Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, WebSockets , or Serverless Architecture . Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Lambda , Azure Functions , or Firebase . Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B platform development.
