Role Overview

Business Development Manager (Technical Sales)

manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead identification and qualification to closing, onboarding, and

securing payment. The role focuses on positioning BPS as a differentiated, productivity-focused platform

in a competitive HRMS market.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Ownership & Pipeline Management:

generation, demos, negotiation, closure, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with weekly and monthly performance reporting.

Go-to-Market & Strategic Planning:

revenue targets, ROI projections, and segmentation strategies.

● Define tailored sales strategies for MSMEs, startups, and small businesses.

Client Engagement & Deal Execution:

and consultatively position BPS against competitors.

Market Understanding & Competitive Positioning:

pricing, and offerings, and share insights with product and leadership teams.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:

What We’re Looking For

● 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, HR tech sales, or enterprise solution selling.

● Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll, and SaaS ecosystems.● Proven success selling to MSMEs, small businesses, or founder-led organizations.

● Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently.

● Ability to perform in a competitive, low-ticket, high-expectation HR tech environment.
