Location: Sitapura & Gopalpura, Jaipur | Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM, Mon-Fri

What You’ll Do:

Drive business growth by:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients via LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, and professional networks; maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Outreach & Engagement: Conduct calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns; present company solutions (CRM/ERP, software, app/web development, digital marketing) and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Conversion & Relationship Building: Schedule meetings, negotiate deals, close sales, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze competitors, track industry trends, and suggest new business strategies.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.
  • Collaboration & Growth Contribution: Work with internal teams to deliver client requirements and improve offerings based on feedback.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Freshers or 2–5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of IT/software solutions
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn and achieve targets
