Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, etc.). • Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing). • Proven experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules and workflows. • Familiarity with Odoo’s framework, ORM, and API integrations. • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Odoo UI customization. • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to Odoo functionalities. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. • Strong communication skills to interact with global teams and clients. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. • Odoo certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
