Lead Generation Executive

🔍 About the Role:We are hiring a result-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who can generate and close leads for our IT services including Website Development, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, and Cloud Telephony Solutions. The role involves identifying B2B opportunities across industries like Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Real Estate, IT Firms, and Manufacturers. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Generation & Market Research Identify new B2B client opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, IndiaMart, JustDial, references, and email databases. Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and networking. Research and segment target industries (healthcare, education, real estate, etc.) for outreach. 🔹 Pre-Sales & Client Engagement Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs. Pitch Dataoxy’s IT services with clarity and confidence. Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical team for solution discussions. 🔹 Proposal & Documentation Prepare service proposals, quotations, and client presentations. Customize proposals based on the client’s industry and pain points. Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate as required. 🔹 CRM & Follow-Up Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM. Provide regular updates and reporting to the management team. 🔹 Sales Closure Support Assist in closing deals in collaboration with technical & management teams. Ensure smooth handover to the delivery/project team after deal closure. 🎯 Ideal Candidate: Strong interest in IT Sales and understanding of web, app, digital marketing, and telecom products. Comfortable with cold calling and proactive lead hunting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
