About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with a proven track record in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical/pre-sales/marketing) to align solutions with client requirements.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline and generate regular reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales / business development.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
