The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition and outreach efforts.

The intern will research potential clients, initiate structured communication, support early-stage interactions, and maintain organized records of outreach activity.

This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to B2B outreach, lead generation, and early sales processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential companies, segments, and decision-makers aligned with our target industries.
  • Initiate first-touch communication with prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Draft, refine, and send outreach messages tailored to different prospect groups.
  • Assist in scheduling introductory calls and supporting early conversation setup.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity, performance metrics, and weekly progress.
  • Prepare short summaries, lists, documents, or reports to support business development efforts.
  • Work closely with leadership to align messaging, targeting, and positioning.


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple outreach threads.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and basic productivity or CRM systems (training provided).
  • Confident initiating conversations and conducting structured business communication.
  • Interest in business development, outreach, or client engagement.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
