You’ll be the voice of Xneeti to potential clients — identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals with eCommerce businesses looking to scale through data and automation. If you understand SaaS, speak the language of ROI, and love helping brands grow — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Present and demo Xneeti’s AI platform to eCommerce decision-makers. Understand customer pain points and translate Xneeti’s solutions into business outcomes. Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM and track all communications. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and lead quality. Hit and exceed monthly qualified leads and revenue targets. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of SaaS sales experience (preferably B2B, US market). Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Experience in consultative or solution selling. Comfort with outbound sales (cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email). Familiarity with eCommerce, Amazon ecosystem, or ad-tech (a big plus). Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working US hours.

Role Overview: The Admin & Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across office administration, IT coordination, vendor management, bill reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Operations Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and logistics. Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and vendor interactions. Maintain administrative records and documentation. 2. IT Coordination Liaise with external IT vendors or support teams for hardware/software issues. Maintain laptop inventory, email access, and account provisioning for employees. Ensure timely renewal of software subscriptions and licenses. 3. Finance & Reconciliation Collect and verify bills, invoices, and expense receipts. Prepare monthly expense summaries and reconcile vendor payments.
