Role Description

This is a Human Resources Intern position based in Gurgaon, and it is an on-site internship role. The intern will assist the human resources team in day-to-day HR activities, such as coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee records, aiding in onboarding activities, and supporting employee engagement programs. The intern will also contribute to administrative functions and help manage internal communications while gaining hands-on experience in human resources practices.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and basic HR functions knowledge, including recruitment coordination and employee records management.
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any HR software tools is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for learning, a proactive approach to tasks, and teamwork skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
