The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our leadership support team. This role focuses on hands-on B2B client acquisition, active outreach, and providing crucial operational support for our growth initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates from Commerce, Management, or related Business Administration backgrounds.


Key Responsibilities

The intern will drive client acquisition and assist with light operational duties:


B2B Outreach & Communication:

  • Proactively draft, customize, and execute professional outreach campaigns (email and LinkedIn messaging).
  • Conduct follow-up calls and scheduling calls for the leadership team.
  • Manage and maintain communication records in CRM tools.

Lead Generation & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential B2B client segments (SaaS, E-commerce, Fintech, etc.).
  • Identify and map out target companies and their senior decision-makers.

Operational Support:

  • Assist in preparing proposals, capability documents, and presentations for qualified prospects.
  • Support marketing efforts by making occasional social media posts to align with outreach campaigns.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze outreach metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion rates) to provide actionable insights for optimization.


Qualifications and Attributes

  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Commerce (B.Com), Marketing, or a related management field.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to immediately relocate to Kolkata for the duration of the internship.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for professional B2B interaction and making calls.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficient with LinkedIn, professional email communication, and online research tools.
  • Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, analytical, and eager to learn about business growth and client relationship management.
