Job Title: Business Development Intern

Internship Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Start Date: 15th December 2025

Duration: Minimum 3-4 months (extendable to 6 months); potential full-time offer

Stipend: INR 5,000/month + performance-based incentives

Languages: Telugu (mandatory), Hindi & English (preferred)

Location: Telangana & Andhra Pradesh (preferred)

InfraBid is on a mission to transform how India's construction sector sources subcontractors and rents equipment. We're building the country's first real-time bidding platform tailored for the construction ecosystem - replacing fragmented offline workflows with a seamless digital experience that delivers speed, transparency, and trust.

We are proudly backed by i-venture@ISB, with founders from ISB and BITS Pilani, bringing deep cross-functional experience in strategy, consulting, and construction operations from firms like KPMG, ZS Associates, and more. InfraBid is currently going live in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with plans for pan-India expansion.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, high-energy individual to lead equipment provider onboarding across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. You'll be the link between InfraBid and the real builders - equipment providers and subcontractors - helping them come online and unlock new opportunities.

Your job is to identify, call, and onboard vendors - a role central to InfraBid's success. If you're persuasive, proactive, and ready to drive real impact on the ground, this is your chance to help digitize India's construction backbone.

What You'll Do

  • Database Building: Identify equipment owners using field data, directories, and online sources
  • Calling & Onboarding: Speak directly with vendors, explain InfraBid's value, and help them register on our platform
  • Feedback Collection: Gather on-ground insights from vendors to help improve our product and outreach strategy
  • Sales Funnel Support: Maintain lead records, track follow-ups and conversions
  • WhatsApp CRM Support: Guide vendors through our WhatsApp-based onboarding flows

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Telugu and confident in speaking with new people
  • Hustler mindset with strong follow-through and discipline
  • Curious about construction, B2B sales, or tech-enabled operations
  • Ready to work in a fast-growing startup where every conversation counts
  • Bonus: Experience in cold calling, CRM tools, or construction/vendor relations

Skills Required

  • Fluent Telugu (mandatory)
  • Communication Skills (Hindi/English preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
