Business Development Interns

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients who need mobile app or software development services.
• Research startups, SMEs, and enterprises in relevant industries.
• Build databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.

Cold Outreach

• Send personalized

  cold emails

  and

  LinkedIn messages

  daily.
• Manage outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Respond to prospect inquiries and move them into the pipeline.

Sales Support

• Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested leads.
• Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and requirement summaries.
• Join client meetings when needed to understand sales flows.

CRM & Reporting

• Update lead statuses and progress in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Maintain daily and weekly performance reports.
• Track emails, follow-ups, responses, and meetings.

Market Research

• Research industries, competitors, and international markets.
• Identify new target niches and business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
• Strong understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, email).
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
• Strong research skills and ability to learn fast.
• Basic understanding of mobile apps or IT services (preferred but not mandatory).
