Role Overview

Experienced Cold Caller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch our mobile app development services
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Handle initial objections and clearly communicate value propositions
• Follow up with leads regularly to keep the pipeline active
• Maintain call logs, notes, and CRM updates consistently
• Collaborate with outreach and sales teams to optimize messaging
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in

  cold calling

  ,

  tele-sales

  , or

  B2B sales

  (preferably in tech/IT services)
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage objections professionally
• Comfortable with call scripts, CRM tools, and lead tracking
• Strong self-discipline and ability to work remotely
• Bonus: Experience in mobile app/web development industry
