Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing the company's services, and generating leads through outbound calls. The individual will also work to build rapport with prospects, gather feedback, and schedule follow-up calls as needed. Additional responsibilities include maintaining call records, identifying client needs, and ensuring consistent communication aligned with company goals.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients
• Experience in customer outreach, cold calling, and lead generation
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate professionally during calls
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call tracking systems
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Organizational and time management skills for handling call schedules and follow-ups
• Prior experience in the legal or technology sector is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
