We are looking only fresher no experience its should be your 1st Job.

We will trained you on every aspects of real estate. So we don't give salary we offered commission on deals whichever you do.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, property owners, and investors

- Introduce and promote real estate services, properties, or investment opportunities

- Pre-qualify leads based on client needs and criteria

- Set appointments for real estate agents or other relevant personnel

- Update lead information and call records in a CRM system

- Meet daily or weekly call targets and productivity goals

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Basic knowledge of real estate industry and terminology (training provided)

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Environment:

- Typically works in a call center or office environment

- Opportunities for advancement in sales or leadership roles

Salary Range:

- Incentives and commissions: additional 0.10% - 0.30% of Agreement of Value of Property.

Growth Opportunities:

- Career progression to senior roles, such as Team Lead or Sales Manager.

- Potential to transition to other roles, such as real estate agent or broker
