Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Pre-Sales Real Estate Calling Executive to generate leads and build relationships with potential buyers/investors for our upcoming projects. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our properties, and scheduling meetings with interested clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our properties.

2. Generate interest and qualify leads for our upcoming projects.

3. Build relationships with potential buyers/investors.

4. Schedule meetings and property viewings.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.

6. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and meetings.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

4. Basic knowledge of real estate industry (training provided).

5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience in real estate, sales, or telemarketing.

2. Familiarity with property market trends and developments.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
