Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller located in Palakkad. The primary responsibilities of the Cold Caller include reaching out to potential clients via phone, initiating engaging conversations, identifying prospects' needs, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating the CRM system, and achieving defined performance metrics. The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
• Experience in customer service, sales, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and related software
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude
• Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or customer engagement is beneficial
