Role Overview


Business Development Executive - L2 (Semi-Technical)


The position involves direct prospecting, lead nurturing, proposal coordination, and closing deals in alignment with AccuCore’s business strategy.



Key Responsibilities


Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  1. Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across domestic and international markets (B2B focus).
  2. Generate leads through professional networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and email campaigns.
  3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue goals.


Requirement Understanding & Solution Positioning

  1. Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives. 
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into tailored proposals and solution outlines. 
  3. Present AccuCore’s technical capabilities — such as AI Ecosystem Design, Process Automation, and Software Solutions — in business-friendly language.

  

Proposal Development & Coordination

  1. Work closely with technical, project management, and leadership teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
  2. Draft clear and professional pitch decks, business cases, and value propositions. 
  3. Support negotiation and contract finalization under guidance from senior management. 


Relationship Management & Communication

  1. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  2. Manage follow-ups systematically to ensure conversions and client satisfaction. 
  3. Maintain consistent communication and provide progress reports to leadership. 


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  1. Manage CRM updates for all leads, prospects, and deal stages. 
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting activity metrics and revenue forecasts. 
  3. Contribute insights from client discussions to improve sales strategy and marketing messaging. 


Market Awareness & Upskilling

  1. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving technologies in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  2. Participate in internal knowledge sessions to enhance technical and sales understanding. 


Skills Application and Development

  1. Demonstrate strong communication and management skills in all interactions.
  2. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic work environments.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with high accountability and persistence. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Compensation & Benefits


Base Salary:


Commission:

  • 3% – 10%

    of total project value for successfully closed deals. 
  • 3% – 10%

    on first invoice value of recurring or retainer-based projects.
