Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. You'll play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and nurturing client relationships to support Gugli’s continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across global markets Generate and qualify leads through various channels (online research, networking, outbound campaigns, etc.) Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients Analyze market trends to develop and refine business development strategies Manage key client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools Represent Gugli at industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual/in-person meetings Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in business development , sales , or account management Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals Excellent communication , negotiation , and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of market analysis and strategic planning Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , or a related field Prior experience in the software development or technology industry is a plus  Why Join Gugli?
