We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Handle operational tasks related to ongoing client integrations
Conduct cold outreach via email, calls, and marketing platforms to connect with potential clients
Generate leads using various strategies, tools, and platforms
Manage client accounts post-closure to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements
Maintain and update CRM/database with leads and client information
1 -3 years of proven experience in Business Development (VAS industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Good understanding of lead generation techniques and sales funnels
Comfortable with cold outreach and achieving targets
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Prior experience in the Value-Added Services (VAS) or telecom industry / International Sales or Market Exp.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms
