Job Summary:

Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Define project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
  
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and Clients.
  
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  
• Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Ensure proper resource allocation and track project performance.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports and project artifacts.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners as needed.
  
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business owners, translating requirements into actionable plans.
  
• Lead code reviews and maintain software quality with engineering best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT/software environment.
  
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
  
• Strong experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, Confluence, etc.
  
• Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
  
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design, and development principles.
  
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive technical discussions.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CSM, or any Agile certification (preferred, not mandatory).
  
• Experience in leading technical teams or acting as a Product Owner.
  
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, process flow documentation, and end-to-end delivery.
