Digital Marketing Manager We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in VAS (Value-Added Services) , mobile content, and related verticals such as OTT, gaming, telco services, or subscription-based platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Planning: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to VAS offerings. Collaborate with product, content, and sales teams to align digital campaigns with business goals. Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and telco operator portals. Focus on CPI, CPA, and ROI-based models to drive user acquisition and revenue. VAS Product Promotion: Devise marketing strategies to promote value-added services like SMS/IVR services, CRBT, games, and mobile content. Monitor and optimize conversion funnels specific to VAS products. Operator Portal & DCB Campaigns: Coordinate with telecom operators for DCB (Direct Carrier Billing) campaigns and placements. Optimize banner placements and landing pages on telco app stores and WAP portals. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn, MAU/DAU, and campaign performance. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, Mixpanel) to generate actionable insights. Content & Creative Coordination: Work with design and content teams to produce creatives, banners, and video ads tailored for VAS offerings. Manage localization and cultural adaptation for regional VAS campaigns. Retention & Engagement: Plan lifecycle marketing including SMS push, in-app notifications, email, and re-targeting. Launch loyalty and referral programs to increase stickiness. Compliance & Telco Guidelines: Ensure campaigns adhere to operator, legal, and regulatory guidelines for DCB and content promotions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in VAS, telecom, or related verticals. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Appsflyer, Firebase, etc. Strong analytical skills with a performance and metrics-driven mindset. Deep understanding of the telecom ecosystem, especially operator integrations and billing flows. Preferred Experience: Exposure to Middle East, African, or South Asian telecom markets. Experience with subscription-based or micro-transaction monetization models. Knowledge of mobile-first strategies and user acquisition through feature phones and smartphones.
