Job Title:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement sales plans for the assigned region
  • Manage & grow SI/VAR partner network
  • Work on GeM portal-based opportunities
  • Handle government & commercial account mapping
  • Track & manage B2B funnel and forecasting
  • Collaborate with OEMs and national SIs on large deals
  • Conduct regular partner visits and performance reviews
  • Support product training, BTL activities, and issue resolution
  • Ensure timely reporting and market intelligence sharing

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 35 years of B2B channel sales experience
  • Strong exposure to govt. and commercial accounts
  • Excellent communication, relationship management & negotiation skills
  • Proficient in sales planning, GeM portal, and PowerPoint presentations
